Victorian Gov Green Paper - Have Your Say

To my fellow Victorian's :) please consider adding your personal comment about the Governments Green Paper.

There is much scientific data to support a much worse scenario for our planet if Carbon Emissions are not reduced by more and in a quicker time frame.
